My constant hunger for knowledge of proper eating, contest dieting, etc. has given me the chance to be very well versed and educated over the past 12 years. I have been writing online nutrition programs for individuals for quite some time. Now, I would like to offer you a menu of services that I offer online. Those include:

30 minute phone consultation - $50

45 minute phone consultation - $65

This includes a full eval on your current eating habits, cardio and training schedule. During this phone call I will be able to give you many tips on what foods to eat to meet your certain goals. I will also give you my advice on a cardio/training schedule. Bring any and all questions to the conversation about nutrition and training and I will answer them!!

One time only nutrition plan - $75

Monthly Nutrition Program - $125

This monthly nutrition program includes a new meal plan every two weeks. What I do is take into account your medical, physical, mental history and also your daily life schedule. I will create unique meal plans to meet your time and goals. The monthly amount also includes unlimited emails, text messages and phone calls concerning your personal nutrition/cardio/training.

Contest Preparation -16 weeks- $225 a month

This program includes a full nutrition program every two weeks designed to have you looking your best on stage within the 16 weeks. Also included is advice on a cardio regimen, workout program, tanning, suit colors, and posing. Instructional posing via webcam is included once a month. You will have access to me via unlimited emails, texts, etc. during your contest prep to guide you along.
